Brief synopsis of the play

This classic farce features two sets of identical twins, both accidentally separated at birth by a shipwreck. Antipholus (master) and Dromio (servant) of Syracuse visit the Greek city of Ephesus, where – unknown to them – their respective twins now live. All become caught in a comic knot of confusion and mistaken identities.
